- Up to 1,000 emails a month
- 1 GB of storage
- Grows into the usage plan automatically if you do. Nothing to migrate

$0forever
$20per 1,000 emails
That’s the whole price list. There is no tier that withholds reporting, rules, custom fields or cross-team sharing, and no “Contact sales” column hiding the number.
Every email received on a connected shared mailbox, and every email your team sends from one, counts once. That’s the entire meter.
The per-seat column is what the same team costs on a typical helpdesk suite at its published mid-tier price, before any AI add-ons.
| Team | A typical month | Team Mail Manager | Per-seat suite at $65/user |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 founders | 800 emails | $0, free tier | $130 / month |
| 8-person support team | 5,000 emails, 15 GB stored | $100.50 / month ($100 usage + $0.50 storage) | $520 / month |
| 25 people across support, sales and ops | 20,000 emails, 60 GB stored | $402.75 / month ($400 usage + $2.75 storage) | $1,625 / month |
The per-seat column uses $65 per user per month, the middle of the published mid-tier range across the leading shared-inbox and helpdesk tools as of August 2026. Compare against each of them, on your numbers.
Keeping your mail searchable forever is the one cost that never stops, so it’s the one thing we bill on top of usage.
Seat pricing charges you for hiring. Usage pricing charges you for the work the software actually does.
When each login costs $65 a month, companies ration them, and the people locked out forward mail around the tool. Here a seat is free, so the whole team works where the mail is.
Seasonal business, a slow August, a team that shrank: your bill follows your mail volume down. Per-seat contracts only ever ratchet up.
We don’t bundle AI copilots, chat widgets or a channel zoo into the price and hope you don’t notice. You pay for handling email, because that’s what this is.
One message received on a connected shared mailbox, or one message your team sends from one, each counted once. Internal notes, @mentions, and everything else you do inside the app are never metered.
Yes: every feature, up to 1,000 emails a month and 1 GB of storage, for as long as you’re two people. If you grow past that, you move onto the usage plan and simply start paying the meter. Nothing changes in the product.
If it was delivered to a connected mailbox, we received, processed and indexed it, so it counts, at 2¢. Your Microsoft 365 spam filtering runs before we ever see the message, and rules that bin known noise keep it out of your team’s way.
No. Billing is monthly, on what the meter read. There’s no minimum spend, and leaving is as undramatic as arriving: your mail was in your Microsoft 365 mailboxes the whole time.
We add up what we hold for your account across the mail database, the search index and the attachment store, and bill anything over the included 5 GB at $0.05 per GB per month. That one rate covers all three. Indexing a message and storing its attachments aren’t billed separately.
If it ever does, existing customers get notice well in advance, in writing, not a surprise on an invoice. There are no introductory rates that expire.
You pay for the mail you handled, and the next month stands on its own. If your volume is consistently large, talk to us about volume pricing. That conversation starts from these numbers, not from a per-seat sheet.
Tell us your monthly mail volume and team size and we’ll tell you the bill to the cent, and what you’re paying today for comparison.
